This peculiar bag is from the 2017 Cruise Cuba collection is covered in sequins and embroidery reminiscent of Cuba. It also features a gold tone chain link strap with a leather pad that can be used as a long strap or looped around as a shoulder bag. Karl Lagerfeld designed the Boy Collection as an interpretation of the boyish charm that Coco Chanel was known for. Karl was stated as saying that the very spirit of Chanel was inspired by Boy Capel, the love of her life; which is why this new collection is called the "Boy Chanel." A slight change of pace from the usual Chanel designs, this bag is made of gorgeous quilted calfskin leather. The exterior leather is clean and beautiful with minor signs of wear. There are faint scuff marks on the corner edges and rubbing. The hardware is bright and crisp. The interior is clean and in great condition.
